Very easy getting a truck from this place!! I dreaded the entire "buying a new vehicle" Anthony made it very very easy!! Paperwork was simple and fast...financing was even better. Was told one rate by another bank and Anthony and Jaden found a rate 3% lower. Not to mention setting up an appointment was super easy with Kenzie. Can't say enough!

Just picked up my brand new Mom Car, the Hyundai Santa Fe, and am obsessed!! I test drove many different cars at different dealerships and worked with a handful of people and Anthony Ross was by far the best person to help me get exactly what I wanted! Isaiah was amazing! We walked in not knowing what to get, totally unprepared and so very late in the day. We test drove 3 vehicles. Isaiah showed us exactly what we asked for and sat in the back seat explaining all the perks of the vehicles. Michael really took the time to educate me on not only the different vehicles but also the functionality for my needs as I am a partially disabled former firefighter but also I have a grandson with a disability requiring different needs within the vehicle’s cabin and cargo area. Michael was more than just knowledgeable and compassionate …he was genuinely helpful and interested in helping me to make the best decision for my circumstances and for my lifestyle. Absolutely recommend this place, everyone was friendly and fair. Brock and his associates were great, they listened to my needs and worked patiently with me once I found my perfect car. While they did offer extra services like warranty extensions, they were not pushy in any way and respected my decisions when I made them. The financial team was excellent were not impatient or pushy at all when it came to my bank being a bit fussy. Overall, highly recommended.

1000000 stars for Gage, Judy & Clayton! I made a very last minute appointment with Gage after an awful experience with an other dealer the day prior. Gage came in on a day he would typically be off to help me get in my dream car. By the time I arrived for my appointment he had the car warmed up and ready to test drive. He listened to every detail of what I was looking for and wasted no time. Gage was personable, funny, patient, and very kind. As a sales manger myself, he is the type of sales man any company would be happy to recruit. Judy was also very kind, attentive, and patient with helping me get the best lender. I ended my trip with Clayton in finance who made me feel comfortable about signing all contracts and was patient while explaining every detail. After my horrible experience at another dealer, I will continue to drive 45 minutes to visit this team with my new car for any needs in the future. Thank you to the whole team, you turned an awful experience into something I would do again anyday!
The place has a very nice vibe to it. The man that worked with me, Isaiah, has the most beautiful eyes (according to my oldest daughter) and he worked very hard to help me get this car when I had thoughts of low chances. This man is very funny as well and knows how to also stay professional but make it feel as if talking to a friend.

First off the facility is immaculate with great Christmas decorations and multiple friendly faces there help. Gage made the whole process seemless for us while hustling to find the vehicle that met our needs and price. It really was amazing that we gave price point and he worked to get it there. Not what we were used too. Gage even had a sheet that he wrote notes on based on our preferences and non negotiable. In the past we spoke to a sales person and they just have it go in one ear and out the other. It truly was a pleasant car buying experience. We hope that Gage stays there forever to be our personal salesperson!

Brock is the best! After buying our third vehicle from him (1 used, 2 new), we have no complains at all. All of our questions were answered with ease. We were not mislead in any way, all of the numbers discussed at his desk, matched the numbers on the financing paperwork. He will not tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale, best quality ever!
I was looking for a tire pressure gauge while on a road trip as one of the vehicle tires was over inflated after the rim had been repaired by a third party. I stopped off the highway at one of the large gas stations. I spotted across from the station a new Hyundai dealership. Taylor Hyundai of Findlay. The service advisor, Austin Ratliff, was great! He looked after checking and adjusting the tire pressures right away. He offered a complimentary wash and vacuum on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe purchased out of state. I asked about after the restroom...he showed me the way and pointed out the waiting room, water, and coffee stand for me to enjoy. I felt as if I had been treated like royalty! And back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommend the dealership for the level of service!
Let me just say that this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! My credit is HORRENDOUS, but I really needed to upgrade. I went to so many dealerships that said they could help, because they “specialized” in helping people with bad credit, and they “guaranteed approval”. It was all BS, cause each one turned me away within minutes of getting there. Not Anthony though. I went there expecting disappointment, per usual, and not only did he get me into a MUCH nicer, and newer vehicle, but he completely exceeded my expectations! I was in absolute shock that not only did he get me approved, and rather quickly, but I didn’t even need a co signer! He’s a miracle worker for sure! Screw all those other places! Had a great experience at Taylor Hyundai. Ive always hate dealerships and sales people but Anthony made the whole process enjoyable. If they have an employee of the month id say that man deserves it if he treats others half as well as he did for me. 11/10 would recommend.
