“ After the stress of being rear-ended and having my 2023 Santa Cruz totaled, I spent weeks searching nationwide for a very specific California Sand Santa Cruz with the same features as mine. I finally found "the one" at Taylor Hyundai of Findlay in Ohio. From the first text, Tucker was responsive and transparent. My service dog, Bexar, and I took an Amtrak from Missouri to Ohio, a 15-hour journey. Our train arrived in Toledo at 3:00 AM. Despite the station being 45 minutes away from the dealership, Jaden insisted on picking us up personally at 3:00 AM so we could get to a hotel and rest. Jaden picked us up later that morning, with Starbucks in hand, and took us to the dealership. I later found out she did this on her day off! They even handled a minor touch-up by shipping a paint pen to my local MO dealer and checked in on us during our entire 500-mile journey back home. Traveling to Ohio from Missouri to get my perfect truck was well worth it—the only disappointment is that they aren't close enough for me to use them for all my future service needs!
